My AXIS set was damaged during shipment

For AXIS sets that were damaged during transit, please provide images (from multiple angles) of your damaged package and/or product and contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. 


 


Please make sure that the images are of high quality with a visible issue.


 


Please attach them to your ticket along with information about your order (order number/receipt).
